Rooms

The top of the hotel, the two Suite rooms obtained from the union of two previous rooms, are made up of:

• an entrance / living room of 10.50 square meters with a sofa that can become a 140 cm bed. (one and a half square) with window overlooking the sea, a 24 "TV and mini fridge,
• a double bedroom of 12.50 square meters with 32 "TV with sat and terrace overlooking the sea, from an important bathroom of 4.5 square meters. with shower box, it can accommodate up to 3/4 people in absolute freedom in its 27.50 square meters. plus balcony.

Also complete the equipment:

• in addition to normal towels, there are also very soft bathrobes and bedroom slippers for adults,
• courtesy set with shampoo, shower gel and shower cap,
• hairdryer,
• safe,
• air conditioning divided into autonomously controlled environments,
• plenty of electrical and USB sockets to recharge all your smartphones, tablets, etc.

From the partial or total fusion of two pre-existing rooms, we obtained the junior-suite rooms, whose surface area can go from 18 to 24 m². They can accommodate up to 4 people.

You will find:

• large bathrooms with shower-boxes and balconies that is some cases are very big and from some of which you can enjoy the view of the sea
• a courtesy set for the bathroom with shampoo, shower gel and a shower cap
• in some cases, you will find 2 televisions, one of which is of 32 inches mit Programmen in Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch und Russisch
• air conditioning with independent control
• a minibar
• a hairdryer
• a safety deposit box
• plenty of electrical and usb sockets to recharge your smartphones, tablets, etc.

At the third floor Ondina, there is a “junior-suite” room (18,5 mq.), with a large bathroom of almost 5 m² with a shower-box, from which you can enjoy, even lying on the double bed, an amazing view of the sea through the two brand-new windows, that give the room a romantic atmosphere.

For this reason, it was natural to consider it the “romantic room”.

We enriched it with:

• a large 32-inch TV with channels in English, French, German and Russian,
• a minibar,
• in addition to normal towels there are also very soft bathrobes and bedroom slippers for adults,
• a courtesy set (shampoo, shower gel, a shower cap),
• air conditioning with independent control,
• a safety deposit box, and with other, we believe, pleasant surprises,

Comfort rooms’ surface area can go from 12 to 18 m².a brand-new bathroom area can go from 3,5 to 5 m² with a shower-box, a balcony in some cases even very large and with a view of the sea. They can comfortably accommodate 2 people and 2 children.

Standard rooms’ are the new single rooms but in "DUS" mode (with double bed), they have sizes ranging from 10 to 12 square meters.they have brand new bathrooms with sizes ranging from 3.00 to 4.5 square meters with shower box, they have a balcony in some cases also with a sea view and can comfortably accommodate one but also 2 peoples.

We have thought of disabled people who from this year will be able to take advantage of an accessible hotel without architectural barriers.We have new fully compliant rooms for people with motor disabilities able to offer every comfort and convenience. In thi rooms we have:
